About Us MinnePaul Athletic Association of the Deaf "MP" was founded in 1931, making it one of the oldest sports organizations of any kind in Minnesota. MinnePaul provides year round amateur athletic and sports opportunities to deaf and hard of hearing persons. MinnePaul is a non-profit, tax-exempt organization and is registered with the Minnesota Secretary of State and Attorney General. Contributions to MinnePaul are tax-deductible. Tens of thousands of dollars are needed each year to support MinnePaul programs. Your donations will be greatly appreciated. Major Goals To foster and conduct local, regional, national and international amateur athletic competition. To support and develop deaf and hard of hearing athletes for such competition.
